Snowmelt Flooding
Someone once said that you can learn something new every day! I had never heard the words “snowmelt flooding” until today.
Did you know that if you fail to clear the snow around your house, it can cause flooding when it melts? I do help with snow removal, but usually to keep the sidewalk and driveway clean. I had never considered that a large amount of melted snow could cause flooding.
